Over time, many of us become stretched across the roles we carry — parent, partner, business owner, caregiver. Life can leave us feeling tired, overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves, or simply out of balance. My work is about helping you slow down, tune back in, and restore both body and mind.

Whether you're seeking relief from physical tension such as ongoing back pain, looking to understand what your body may be communicating through reflexology, or wanting deeper support through hypnotherapy, trauma, grief, or emotional stress, each session is tailored specifically to you.

I believe that many of our physical symptoms are closely connected to what we carry emotionally and mentally. By gently working with both the body and the mind, we can begin to release what has been held, move through stuck places, and create space for healing and renewal.

Alongside individual sessions, I also offer supportive programs designed to guide you through meaningful change — helping you move from simply coping to truly feeling aligned, supported, and well.

How I guide and help you 

Clarity– Healing often begins with simply slowing down and listening — to your body, your mind, and what life may be asking of you. Through therapies such as reflexology, hypnotherapy, counselling and bodywork, we begin to gently uncover what may be sitting beneath the surface. Clarity allows you to understand what your body may be holding, what stress or emotions may be contributing to physical discomfort, and where your energy may be feeling depleted. From this place of awareness, meaningful change can begin.

Courage – It takes courage to look inward and begin shifting long-held patterns, stress, or emotional weight. Whether you are working through grief, trauma, exhaustion from life’s many roles, or simply feeling stuck, this stage is about supporting you as you take those important steps forward. With the right guidance and supportive therapies, change becomes less overwhelming and more empowering.

Connection – True wellbeing comes from reconnecting — with your body, your breath, your emotions, and your sense of self. Therapeutic massage, reflexology and energy work help restore the body’s natural balance, while deeper mind-body approaches such as hypnotherapy and counselling help you reconnect with what truly matters to you. As connection returns, many people begin to feel lighter, more aligned, and more at home within themselves again

Compassion - Perhaps the most important part of healing is learning to meet yourself with compassion. Life can leave us feeling worn down, stretched thin, and hard on ourselves. This work is about creating a space where you can soften, be supported, and allow your body and mind the care they truly deserve. From compassion comes restoration — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems within the body. By applying focused pressure to these areas, reflexology encourages the body to rebalance and supports overall wellbeing. Many people find it deeply relaxing while also gaining insight into what may be happening within the body.

COUNSELLING and GRIEF COACHING
